That regular meetings of Council be scheduled for the purpose of Strategic Planning on January 27 and 28, 2027, commencing at 9:00 a.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel West Edmonton.

Summary
Council Strategic Planning meetings are typically held off-site during the first quarter of the year. Meetings begin in open session at 9:00 a.m. and, may transition to Closed Session, by Council resolution, when discussion involves matters that may properly be considered in private in accordance with Section 197 of the Municipal Government Act and the applicable provisions of the Access to Information Act.
