Administration Recommendation
Administration is of the opinion that Temporary Community Standards Bylaw No. 14-2012 receive all three readings.  
 
Purpose
It is requested Council give Temporary Community Standards Bylaw No. 14-2012 three readings.
 
Summary
The current Community Standards Bylaw No. 05-2011 is set to expire at 23:59 hours on May 12, 2012.  On March 13, 2012 Community Standards Bylaw 3 - 2012, complete with the communication plan was brought before Council.  At this time Community & Protective Services has not completed the public engagement and as such  not prepared to bring Bylaw No. 03 - 2012 forward prior to May 12, 2012.  Temporary Community Standards Bylaw No. 14-2012 will extend Bylaw No. 05 -2011 past the sunset clause.

Without Community Standards Bylaw No. 05-2011 being extended past May 12, 2012, Parkland County will not have  a bylaw covering these issues.
