To provide the Governance and Priorities Committee with an overview of the proposed Off-Site Levy Bylaw 2026-23 and Policy C-455.
Summary
This presentation is to provide the Governance and Priorities Committee information regarding Parkland County’s off-site levy program. Off-site levies are a cost sharing tool to help pay for infrastructure that supports growth and development in the Acheson Industrial, Big Lake and Fifth Meridian areas.
