Summary
Clymont Community League is an extremely active Community Association, playing host to a wide array of programs and special events and is very busy with hall rentals year-round.  Even though they have been very proactive in terms of maintenance and upkeep, it is in need of a variety of upgrades.  They are proposing to complete numerous renovations to the aesthetics and functionality of the building along with improvements in the kitchen and bar area at a total cost of $172,000. The Board has been active in fundraising to cover a significant portion of the costs, including an application to the Community Facility Enhancment Program Grant, and are seeking funding assistance in the amount of $42,000 from the County to ensure the project is able to proceed.  Further details are available in the attached Administrative Report and grant application.  If approved, the change to the 2015 budget will be noted during Spring Budget adjustment.
