Purpose
The Development Permit application is being presented to Council as the subject lands are located in the Osprey Bay Direct Control District.
 
Summary
The subject lands were non-conforming; however, Bylaw No. 2014-18 was approved by Council to redistrict the subject lands from Country Residential to the Osprey Bay Direct Control District which removed the previous non-conforming status.  The newly adopted District now allows residents to maintain, alter, replace or repair the existing single detached dwellings and accessory buildings.
