Administration recommends funding the replacement of unit 19-061(Fire Engine) up to $181,000 and unit 01-118 (Enforcement Vehicle) up to $16,463 from the Mobile Equipment Lifecycle Plan Restricted Surplus.
Purpose
Unit 19-061 and unit 01-118 have been written off by Parkland County's insurer due to damages incurred in motor vehicle accidents.

Unit 19-061 has an insured value of $669,000. The total amount required to replace this unit is $850,000.
