To inform Council and the community of steps Administration is taking to address resident concerns.
Summary
Transport Canada is the regulatory body with jurisdiction over the Parkland Airport Development Corporation. County residents have brought concerns with the Parkland Airport Development Corporation to the attention of Parkland County. Though the County does not have the authority to force the Parkland Airport Development Corporation into an agreement, Administration is proposing to negotiate a Memorandum of Understanding with the Parkland Airport Development Corporation and Transport Canada to help address concerns of County residents.
