1. That Council receive the Emergency Communications Centre Master Plan, in principle, as presented.
2. That Administration be directed to develop Emergency Communications Centre Master Plan Implementation Strategies for consideration and decision through the Strategic Planning and Budget processes.

Administration supports the Emergency Communications Centre Master Plan and recommends it be received for information.
Purpose
The Emergency Communication Centre Master Plan will act as a guiding document in implementing effective strategies for public safety.
Summary
Early in 2016 Pomax Consulting began the process for the ECC Master Plan and is now ready for review and implementation through the business planning and budget process. The master plan included input from many stakeholders and is in alignment with the Council Strategic Plan. Current state of the ECC, infrastructure, operations and future growth opportunities of the ECC were reviewed and evaluated.
Administration would like to thank the many stakeholders who assisted in the plan development.
