That Council approves the amended Partnership Advisory Committee (PAC) Terms of Reference, as presented.

Purpose
For annual review the ALUS PAC Terms of Reference as required by the current Terms of Reference.
Summary
As outlined in the current Terms of Reference the PAC is required to review the Terms of Reference annually. Upon review at the January 2017 PAC meeting, a number of changes were unanimously reccommended as outlined in the attached Unadopted January Meeting Minutes and 2017 Terms of Reference. These include:
-updating the names of external organisations who support the committee through membership
-increasing membership terms from three to four years
-increasing the number of general producer members allowed to sit on the committee
-changing representation from the 1-2 members from the Agricultural & Rural Life Committee to up to three members from Parkland County Committees
