Proposed Motion
That the appointment of Lisa Chomyn, Sarah Johnson, Sarah Loosley, Jo-Anne Maw, Alana Regier, and Alexandra Rondeau as Inspectors under the Weed Control Act as per Part 2, 7(1) and the Agricultural Pests Act as per Section 10 (1), of Alberta for 2017 be approved.

Purpose
These appointments allow the inspectors to enter private property, in the discharge of their duties, without the landowners consent.
Summary
These appointments are required on a yearly basis and will expire at the end of the employment contract. Precautions will be taken by all staff when entering private property to ensure that all equipment, etc. will be clean before entering or leaving a field. Lisa Chomyn, Sarah Johnson, Jo-Anne Maw, Alana Regier and Alexandra Rondeau are returning employees. Sarah Loosley is new this year.
