Purpose

Bylaw 2017-11 is to impose improvement tax towards a local improvement for base course and asphaltic cold mix surfacing of Wendel Drive lying north of Cole Anne Drive within Wendel Heights Country Residential Subdivision.

 

Summary

Wendel Drive lying north of Cole Anne Drive within Wendel Heights Country Residential Subdivision was approved in the 2017 budget for asphaltic cold mix surfacing. As per Policy EN 001, landowners of this section of Wendel Heights are required to pay 60% of the total cost of the project with the County paying 40% along with the proportionate share of the Local Improvement assessed on any reserve lot (s) within this section of Wendel Heights.
