That Council approve the transfer of up to $245,000 from Waste Management Restricted Surplus to fund expenditures for the Parkland County Transfer Station Project, as presented.

To ensure that required funding is properly allocated for the Parkland County Transfer Station project.
Summary
The funding for this project was originally included in the 2016 Budget however it was inadvertently excluded from the Carry Forward amounts in the 2017 Budget. Therefore, Council's action to approve the funds from the Waste Management Restricted Surplus account is required.
