Council scheduled the September 19, 2017 Committee of the Whole meeting at the October 25, 2016 Organizational Meeting. The scheduled Committee of the Whole meeting had administrative items to be presented to the Committee of the Whole that can be deferred to be presented at the scheduled October 3, 2017 meeting.
