Purpose
To cancel the October 3, 2017 Committee of the Whole meeting.
Summary
Council scheduled the October 3, 2017 Committee of the Whole meeting at the October 25, 2016 Organizational Meeting. The scheduled Committee of the Whole meeting had few administrative items like the September 19th Committee of the Whole meeting that was cancelled at the September 12th Council meeting. The items that that were scheduled to be presented to the Committee of the Whole at the October 3rd meeting can be deferred to the November 7, 2017 Committee of the Whole Meeting. By cancelling the October 3rd Committee of the Whole meeting, it will allow members of Council to attend to other business, as the administrative items being deferred will not impact the operational business of the County.
