To Reschedule Council Budget Presentations
Proposed Motion
That Council Budget Presentations be rescheduled to commence on November 7, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., November 8, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. and, that Budget Presentations be scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on November 9, 2017 if required.

Purpose
At the Council Organizational meeting held October 24, 2017, Council Budget Presentations were scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 commencing at 1:00 p.m. (afternoon); November 8, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. (all day); and, November 9, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. (all day). Upon review of the scheduled Committee of the Whole meeting agenda on November 7, 2017, it has been determined that the Council Budget Presentations may be accommodated to commence in the morning after the Committee of the Whole meeting rather than at 1:00 p.m. By altering the scheduled appointments for Council Budget Presentations, administration can present budgets to Council on November 7 and 8, 2017 with the consideration that if required, Budget Presentations are to continue at 1:00 p.m. on November 9, 2017 for the afternoon. It is anticipated that Council Budget Presentations will conclude at the end of the day on November 8, 2017, allowing members of Council and administration to utilize November 9, 2017 for other business.
