Purpose
The recently approved Municipal Development Plan sets out the types of plans required for various Planning and Development applications. This results in the elimination of non-statutory Outline Plans. Therefore, the policy related to Outline Plans is no longer needed.
Summary
As a result of the recently approved new Municipal Development Plan, separate Council Policy C-PD33 (Outline Plans) and Administrative Procedure C-PD033-P1 (Outline Plan Requirements) are no longer needed. Administration supports the repeal of this policy and procedure.
