Purpose

Michael Podolak appealed a Vicious Dog Declaration on August 10, 2017 that was served to him on July 28, 2017.  Parkland County's Animal Control Bylaw 2015-09 provides Enforcement Services to declare a dog to be a vicious dog, Section 7 (1).
