A Project Charter, including a detailed project process and timeline has been developed for Council consideration.
Summary
A Hamlet Reinvestment Strategy (HRS) is being developed to increase quality of life in hamlet areas, align internal strategy, and coordinate a work plan. The HRS will include both a strategic and a work plan component. Strategy will include high-level guiding principles and objectives, key elements of rural revitalization and baseline service levels, design and land use concepts. The work plan will identify projects and operational activities prioritized based on budget and timeline limitations.
