That Committee of the Whole accept the Agricultural Programs and Services Review for information and direct Administration to develop an implementation plan to be brought forward to Council for their consideration.

Purpose
Council directed Administration to engage the services of John Knapp to review Parkland County agriculture services and provide recommendation back to Council.
Summary
Mr. Knapp did an extensive comparison of Parkland County agriculture services with other municipalities to measure these services, Parkland County services measured very well against the comparitors. He also met with local agriculture producers to gather impressions and feedback on the services provided to the community. The majority of producers viewed Parkland County agriculture services positively. In addition, an irrigation specialist provided an analysis on the potential of exploring irrigation to support agriculture sustainability, resiliency and development.
