Purpose

Proposed Bylaw 2018-25 is to remove the Whitewood Direct Control Overlay and to redistrict these lands to appropriate districting.

Summary

The Bylaw 2018-25 is an amendment to the Land Use Bylaw 2017-18 and is a follow-up from the redistricting earlier this year that removed the Whitewood Direct Control Overlay from TransAlta owned lands.
