Summary
The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Bylaw provides the governance structure for the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. During the 2018 Organizational Meeting, Council did not to appoint any Council members to the Board. Therefore an update of the bylaw is required to adjust the membership structure to all public members. Further as this was an opportune time to review the bylaw as a whole, minor administrative changes were made.
