 Purpose

The purpose of proposed Bylaw 2018-21 is to amend Land Use Bylaw 2017-18, Section 18 - Enforcement. The amendment will strengthen the Land Use Bylaw as it relates to land use enforcement by providing clarity and establishing set penalties related to land use offences.

 

Summary
