Proposed Motion
That Council accept the notice that the Evergreens Foundation Board of Directors approved a motion to consolidate with the Pembina Housing Authority, which will incorporate an additional 51 housing units into their operations.

Purpose
Parkland County received correspondence from the Evergreens Foundation pertaining to the new operation status and has requested that we acknowledge their decision.
Summary
The Alberta Government Department of Seniors and Housing requested that the Evergreens Foundation assume operations of the Pembina Housing Authority. This will be a 51 unit addition to the Government owned properties that the Foundation manages. These additional properties are funded in their entirety by the Provincial Program and will in no way impact municipal reserves.
