Summary
The Microsoft enterprise agreement is a volume licensing package offered by Microsoft for large organizations and public sector customers. It provides Parkland County with public sector pricing discounts that remain locked in for 3 years. Parkland County signed the first enterprise agreement in 2010 for a period of 5 years and renewed in 2015 for a period of 3 years. It encompasses all software licensing costs for Microsoft products including Windows and Dynamics AX.
