That Council approve the revised Partnership Advisory Committee (PAC) Terms of Reference, as presented.

Administration supports the proposed motion.
Purpose
For annual review the ALUS PAC Terms of Reference as required by the current Terms of Reference.
Summary
As outlined in the current Terms of Reference the PAC is required to review the Terms of Reference annually. Upon review at the January 2019 PAC meeting, a number of changes were unanimously reccommended as outlined in the attached Unadopted January Meeting Minutes and 2019 Terms of Reference. These include:
-changing ALUS program wording throughout the document
-addition to Committee Chair responsibilities
-subcategorizing of PAC voting membership
-addition to PAC roles and responsibilities
-changing representation from Parkland County Committees
