Purpose
To provide the Committee with an: overview of the Priority Based Budgeting project, update on progress to date, and an outline of the next steps.
Summary
On March 13, 2018, Council direct Administration to implement Priority Based Budgeting methodology at Parkland County. Administration has since engaged the services of a consultant and has begun implementation. Administration is committed to provide updates to the Committee at key milestones.
