To cancel the January 28, 2020 Council meeting that was scheduled by Council at the October 22, 2019 Organizational meeting.
Summary
Council at it's October 22, 2019 Organizational meeting scheduled regular Council meetings for 2019-2020. Matters scheduled to be presented to Council at the January 28, 2020 have been reviewed by Administration and have determined that the matters can be deferred to the February 11, 2020 scheduled Council meeting to allow members of Council to attend to other governance matters.
