Proposed Motions
1. That Councillor John McNab be appointed to the Parkland County Library Board effective January 1, 2021 to the 2021 Organizational Meeting.
2. That Councillor AnnLisa Jensen be appointed as an Alternate Council member to the Yellowhead Regional Library Board effective January 1, 2021 to the 2021 Organizational Meeting.

Administration supports Council member appointments to the Library Boards, as presented.
Purpose
Order of Council 381/2020 is in effect January 1, 2021. The member of Council appointed at the October 27, 2020 Organizational meeting of Council is no longer eligible to serve Parkland County as an elected official as the lands annexed in accordance with Order of Council 381/2020 include the lands that the elected official resides in. Parkland County received the Order of Council December 9, 2020.
Summary
At the October 27, 2020 Organizational meeting of Council appointments to boards/committees/commissions were approved for the ensuing year. Division 2 Council Member had been appointed to serve on the Parkland County Library Board and as an alternate member of Council on the Yellowhead Regional Library Board. Parkland County received Order of Council 381/2020 that identifies lands being annexed by the City of Spruce Grove. Lands being annexed include the residency of Division 2 Council Member McCuaig. Parkland County received Order of Council 381/2020 on December 9, 2020 that is in effect January 1, 2021.
