Purpose
Administration is in the process of reviewing policies approved by Council as well as directives and procedures that guide administration in implementing those policies through programs and services. This presentation provides that Policy C-FI001 aligns with Council's objective to ensure that administration is authorized and accountable for the management of the Chief Financial Office at Parkland County.
Summary
Administration received feedback on the Budget Management Policy C-FI001 when it was presented to the Committee of the Whole on July 7 and December 1, 2020. This feedback has been incorporated and administration presents to the Council Policy C-FI001 to exhibit Council's direction through it's Strategic Plan, Values, and Mission for Parkland County.
