Proposed Motions
1. That Council receive the Alternative Land Use Services (ALUS) Partnership Advisory Committee update for information, as presented.
2. That Council approve the 2021 Alternative Land Use Services (ALUS) Partnership Advisory Committee Terms of Reference, as presented.

Purpose
The Terms of Reference are to be reviewed annually and presented along with an annual program update.
Summary
As outlined in the current Terms of Reference, the Partnership Advisory Committee is required to review the Terms of Reference annually. Upon review at the December 2020 Partnership Advisory Committee meeting, one change was unanimously approved by the Committee to be presented to Council for approval. This revision includes:
- Clarifying #6 of PAC Chair heading to read: Vote in the event of a tie, to break the tie.
