Purpose
The Microsoft enterprise agreement is a 3 year agreement that extends beyond the 2021 budget therefore needs Council approval.
Summary
Parkland County signed the first enterprise agreement in 2010, renewed for three years in 2015 and in 2018, and is now renewing in 2021 for a three-year period. It encompasses all software licensing costs for Microsoft products including Windows and Dynamics 365.
