Purpose
Under the provisions of Order in Council 386/2020 bylaws and policies of the former area of the village continue to apply until they are repealed, amended, or replaced by the Council of Parkland County. Policies of the former Village of Wabamun should now be rescinded.
Summary
Following consultation with relevant Parkland County departments and Executive Committee, it has been determined that the policies of the former Village of Wabamun can be repealed to facilitate the overall harmonization of the hamlet of Wabamun within Parkland County. Wabamun's policies are divided into five categories as follows.
